Right of Withdrawal

If the buyer is considered a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws and enters into a distance contract by purchasing goods from our online store, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The product is made according to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalized.

  • The product has mechanical damage (scratches, dents, abrasions, etc.) that was not reported at the time of delivery.

  • The product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality.

Receiving and Inspecting the Product

Upon receiving the product, the buyer must verify that it complies with the order. If the packaging is damaged or suspicious, the buyer has the right to refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer must contact us immediately at design@msart.lv, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Failure to notify us promptly may result in refusal of the return.

Return Conditions

When exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The buyer is responsible for improper use of the product;

  • the buyer covers the direct costs of returning the product, unless the return is due to a defect or non-conformity;

  • keeping the original packaging is strongly recommended.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of damaged products, incomplete items, or products that have lost their original appearance.

Proof of purchase is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If the withdrawal is valid, all payments will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued only to the bank account specified by the buyer.

Legal Framework

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
